Take My Hand is our new innovative Mindfulness in the Community initiative.

Our aim is to aid and provide space for the healing of nations globally, Mind Body and Spirit Balanced.

As communities we have to have the awareness, compassion, desire & empathy to identify the emotional needs of one another.

Pair that with purpose, passion, dedication, action, understanding & unity now we have community evolution.

We are donating Mindfulness Therapy time to all Grassroots Organisations, Charities & Businesses for a 6 month period.
